Google Local Business Listings: Visualization Techniques 1


Everyone talks about the power of Google's local business listings and what it can do for your business, no matter what type of business you own or operate. If Google conducts more than 70% of all searches each month, everyone can afford not to look at Google's local business listings to grow business without breaking the bank.



Search engine marketing techniques:


  • You must know what to do when you add your company to Google.
  • You must understand the basic SEO techniques to maximize results.
  • You must use the correct keywords and/or categories for your company during the login process; otherwise, it will never be shown to you.
  • You must add images to your list
  • If you have a video about your company, this is always an advantage.
  • Set up your opening hours so customers know when it's open for business
  • Customer feedback is the most important factor when customers view your listing and affect the results of what we find in searches.
  • If you have a website, add a link from your website to the local Google list so that customers can see both.

Please note Google guidelines:

  • Do not try to spam multiple Google listings with the same phone number (this will not work).
  • It doesn't matter how many companies only have 1 address per company (don't use the same address for all your companies.
  • Have a unique phone number for each entry and a unique business address to succeed
  • There are many other factors and techniques that can help you get your Google Local Maps List at the top of search results. Occasionally, changes must be made to determine what works best. Google is getting smarter as it classifies a listing, and we'll never know exactly how to best get Google's listings on the first page, other than trying different tactics that Google doesn't use to classify it as spam. We have tried many ways to get a first-page ranking in local Google searches. Since most of them worked and sometimes didn't, we made small changes to determine which factors weighed the most on Google to ensure that the next time we establish a new local business list for a new customer, we want to make sure it pops up quickly on the Google's first page and it stays there for a long time.

Trying to stay on the first page of Google is like trying to keep your body in shape. You need to exercise regularly to achieve the goal and body you've always wanted. SEO is constantly changing and Google is also changing. One day Google could put its website in the top 5 and the next week it could be number 11-15. The only way to avoid this is to keep your website updated with new information to show Google that it is still alive.
